What the Heck is Mutant Mail?

How do you respond to emails received on your domain? (admin @ domain, support @ domain, legal @ domain, etc.)

With MutantMail you can get any domain in your Gmail / Hotmail / Yahoo that you choose and just reply.

And everything is using the email id of your domain. So effectively, all your emails flow into one inbox and still keep your nickname coverage.

What is the benefit of that?

Easy email maintenance. I'm not kidding. Each domain requires at least five email IDs (webmaster, legal, support, administrator, contact). Imagine if you had 5 domains. This is 25 email IDs.

Quick response by email. No need to log in with a separate email id. No more headaches remembering passwords. Just reply and Mutant Mail will take care of sending through your domain.

There is no charge for email hosting. An email client does not need to have 25 email IDs. Supports your inbox (including clients), Mutant Mail.

Why choose Mutant Mail?

#1 Mutant Mail retains your nickname each time you reply to your mailbox and confirms that the recipient received an email from your correct nickname instead of your current mailbox.

Therefore, you can effectively send, reply and receive from info@example1.com, help@example2.com, webmaster@example3.com using any inbox of your choice. Avoid, log in with us every day email id.

#2 Each domain requires at least five email aliases (administrator, support, legal, support, webmaster).

In each case, logging in daily and rushing to reply ensures that none of your important emails are delayed. Imagine having only five domains. This is 25 email IDs.

#3 Email clients are a mess due to a large number of email IDs. Forget 25 and try adding 10 to an email client. Email clients cannot be used remotely unless your laptop is convenient.

Then, of course, to keep the look, you have to choose from the dropdown menu every time you reply to an email. Email forwarders are great, but you can't reply through them because they won't retain your company email ID aliases.

#4 Suppose you have multiple companies and you want to separate email IDs into multiple domain groups.

With Mutant Mail, each email ID can be configured for a different destination email. This means that all support emails can go to emails managed by your support team, or all legal emails can go to emails managed by your legal team, and so on. Separate your email ID types between companies.

And don't worry, all forwarded emails can be easily replied to while keeping the nickname.

How to Works Mutant Mail?

#1 All good things start with registration and Mutant Mail has taken it all very well. Our registration is the fastest and only 3 fields are required to verify everything related to privacy.

#2 Just go to the "Your domains" tab and follow the two-step process For this, you need to copy and paste some lines. The process will attach the email to your domain through Mutant Mail Gateway to receive, send and reply to emails from a single mailbox.

#3 Create or create an email ID on the fly. If Catch-All is enabled, we will automatically create aliases on your dashboard as soon as you receive your first email.

You can reply to these and send a new email from the comfort of your inbox while maintaining the personality of your nickname!

Features of Mutant Mail?

#1 We have a nice interface, but you don't need to log into our system to reply to, receive or send emails using your domain email id. All you have to do is reply to any email you receive in a forwarded email (such as Gmail) by clicking Reply and your recipient will receive an email with their domain email ID.

This is great if you want to keep the look of your nickname and the benefits of your current email provider.

#2 Bring your own GPG / OpenPGP public keys and add them for each recipient Then you can easily turn encryption on and off. If encryption is enabled, all forwarded messages will be encrypted with your public key.

Only you can decrypt them with the corresponding private key. This is great if you use Gmail or Outlook and want to avoid any inbox snooping.

#3 Attach your domain and use it for emails like alias@example.com.  MutantMail allows you to enable or disable cache-all functionality for each of your domains.

You can then manage your nicknames and disable/remove anything that starts to get spammed! Additionally, rules can be created to block specific senders

#4 If you want a nickname to go to multiple recipients, you can easily add multiple recipients from your dashboard. Definitely useful, when you send emails at work but don't want to miss emails with important nicknames.

#5 If you want to separate your email ID on your domain. For example, all @ anydomain support has to go to one email id, and all legal @ anydomain has to go to another, it is very easy to implement.

Our clients are doing this to differentiate their operations, to support admin email and legal email.

#6 Manage your nicknames, recipients, domains, and additional usernames using the MutantMail API. To use the API, you must first create an API access token in your account settings.

#7 We would hate to snoop on our emails. Therefore, we have ensured the same for our clients. We do not store, record, or track any email content. We log in without tracking where the email size is coming from and for whom. Additional security, such as two-factor authentication and PGP encryption, can be used arbitrarily.
